bit about me:

About Me

I'm Magda Salazar. I help mission-driven organizations build the infrastructure they need to grow.

Over 15 years, I've worked in fintech, nonprofits, government, and corporate environments. I've led membership programs, launched community initiatives, modernized event platforms, and translated between technical teams and leadership.

I align people, processes, and technology so organizations can execute their goals. I work in English and Spanish with local, national, and global teams.

What I Bring

Cross-sector experience. A focus on what works. Solutions that stick.

When Your Vision Outpaces Your Capacity

THE PROBLEM: You're leading a mission-driven organization with big goals — a new program to launch, systems to scale, a transition to navigate. But your team is stretched thin, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be keeps growing.

The Solution: I help mission-driven organizations build the infrastructure they need to grow. I work with nonprofits, social enterprises, and B-corps on:
  • Strategic operations and systems design

  • Communications and stakeholder engagement

  • Program launches and technology implementation

  • Transitions that require both strategy and execution

I meet you where you are and build solutions that work for your team and stick beyond my engagement.

Services
  • Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Operations & Logistics Management

  • Product Management & Technology Implementation

  • Program Management & Strategic Growth

Experience

I've helped a culinary organization launch an industry awards program and build sustainable operations. I led a journalism nonprofit to 25% membership growth and national recognition. I spent 10 years at the Federal Reserve supporting research, community development, and operational initiatives.

Who I Work With

Mission-driven organizations ready to build infrastructure and implement change - not just talk about it.

Let's talk
